The concept is “A culinary journey through Japan.” Through salads, we express the rich food culture shaped by Japan’s seas, mountains, climate, and traditions. Drawing on delicatessen expertise from brands like RF1 and Kobe Croquette, we offer hearty, satisfying salads combining meat, fish, chewy brown rice, and fresh vegetables—bringing Japan’s food culture into everyday modern life.
