蜂蜜は保存に優れた食品としても有名です。時間が経ってもその美味しさは長く保てますが、自然の風味は少しづつ変化していきます。
新蜜とは今年の採れたて蜂蜜です。蜜蜂の巣に保存されている状態に一番近い特別な蜂蜜。召し上がった人だけが体験できるのはそのフレッシュな花の香り。それは自然に咲いている花の香りに近いリアルな風味。
