Born from “Omisonomori,” a specialty store dedicated to additive-free, reduced-sodium miso, SOMIO is a gluten-free and vegan sweets brand.
We use only domestically sourced rice flour, naturally brewed miso, and plant-based ingredients, drawing out the natural sweetness of each ingredient through the subtle power of miso.
Our signature rice flour muffins are carefully prepared by hand every morning and baked to an incredibly moist texture.
